I Can Wait

Refund Policy

Updated 4 October 2026

Your refund options and how to ask for help.

Your consumer rights

I Can Wait does not offer refunds for change of mind. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include a refund or cancellation when a service fails to meet consumer guarantees. Read the ACCC guidance on refunds and cancellation.

iPhone purchases

Apple processes payments and refunds, and you can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If I Can Wait fails to meet a consumer guarantee, putting it right is our responsibility, not Apple's: email [email protected] and we will fix it or refund you, paying you ourselves if Apple does not.

Request a refund

For help with a refund request, email [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, receipt or payment reference, and the reason for your request. Do not send a password, full card number or identity document. We will review your request and explain the outcome and any next steps. Existing paid agreements retain their original rights.

Receipts

Need a receipt from us? Email [email protected] and we will send one within 7 days, naming Robert Weeks AI Systems, the registered business name of Robert Weeks (ABN 41 104 020 501).

Stopping renewal is separate

Stopping annual renewal prevents a future renewal once confirmed. It does not itself request a refund or delete your account.
