Cancel membership

Stop annual renewal without deleting your account.

For an existing membership

  1. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  2. Choose I Can Wait (formerly Attune) and select Cancel Subscription.
  3. Check the result. Treat renewal as stopped only when Apple shows the date your membership ends.

Apple stops a renewal only if you cancel at least 24 hours before it is due.

Apple bills your membership. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you. If you need help, email [email protected] with your account email. Do not send passwords or full card details.

What happens next

Stopping renewal leaves your current paid period unchanged, subject to the membership terms and your consumer rights. It does not delete your account or request a refund. If your subscription ends and you rejoin later, you pay the rate on offer when you rejoin: A$29.99 while founding places remain, then A$59.99; see the membership terms. Existing paid agreements retain their original rights.
